The VERSO VCL100 Vapour Barrier 1.5m x 50m (75m²) is a high-performance vapour control layer and airtightness membrane designed for internal wall and roof construction where effective moisture vapour control and airtightness are required.

The VCL100 roll measures 1.5m wide x 50m long, providing 75m² of coverage per roll. Its high vapour resistance is specified with an Sd value of 100m, making it a dedicated vapour-control product rather than a breathable building wrap.

Correct installation is important when using a vapour control layer. VERSO VCL100 should be installed on the interior side of the thermal insulation, with laps, joints, penetrations and fixing points properly sealed to maintain the airtightness of the system.

The VCL100 installation guide recommends ViBest Super Pro Flashing Tape for sealing VCL100 laps and joints, covering fixings and repairing damage. Connections around windows and roof hatches should also be appropriately sealed to maintain the continuity of the vapour barrier and airtight layer.
